Àger
The town of Àger is located in the middle of a valley of the same name. It is part of the pre-Pyrenees area in the north of the La Noguera region. Àger is surrounded, as if it were a natural fortification, to the north, by the Montsec mountain range, to the south, by the Montclús mountain range and to the east and west, by the Noguera Pallaresa and Noguera Ribagorçana rivers respectively.
In short, its surroundings allow for many sports and leisure activities.

Universe Observation Center (COU)
The Center for the Observation of the Universe introduces visitors to the world of science and astronomy, taking advantage of the ideal features offered by the environment. It has a permanent exhibition, a multimedia 3D planetarium and several telescopes, as well as a folding dome through which to observe the real sky, comfortably seated and with the proper explanations.

Hermitage of Our Verge de Pedra
Hermitage embedded in the south wall of Montsec d’Ares, visible from all over the Vall d’Àger. It is in Romanesque style and inside is the stone carving of the Virgin de Pedra, the patron saint of the Vall d’Àger, an icon of Montsec d’Ares.

La Vía Romana de Àger
Known as the old Balaguer road. Until recently, the section that went from Vilamajor (near the village of Les Avellanes) to St. Martí d’Àger. About 2.5 km of stone paving are currently preserved, with an average width of 4.5 m between the town of Àger and the port of Àger.

Hermitage of Our Verge De La Pertusa
The castle and chapel of the Virgin of La Pertusa is an architectural ensemble located in the village of Corçà, in the municipality of Àger. It is included in the inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
We can also find different routes for climbing with varying degrees of difficulty.

Sant Alís
Its more than 40 km are divided by two giant gorges carved by the rivers Noguera Ribagorçana and Noguera Pallaresa, dividing the mountain range into three sections: Montsec de l’Estall, Montsec d’Ares and Montsec de Rubies or Meià.

Castle and Collegiate Church of St. Pere d’Àger
The Collegiate Church of St. Pere is a monumental complex formed by the walled enclosure of the town of Àger and the outbuildings of the canonical monastery.
It is a historical monument declared a cultural asset of national interest

Mont-Rebei gorge
One of the most valuable natural gems of Catalonia that allows the traveler to make fantastic excursions, both on foot and by kayak and even by bicycle, following mountain bike routes

Terradets gorge
The Terradets coomb was formed by the river Noguera Pallaresa when crossing the Sierra del Montsec, on the border between the counties of La Noguer and Pallars Jussà. There are some of the best climbing walls in Catalonia

Montsec mountain range
The Serra del Montsec is a limestone mountain range of more than 40 km in length distributed between the autonomous communities of Aragon and Catalonia. Divided into three zones, although only two of them are in the Catalan Pyrenees: Montsec d’Ares and Montsec de Rubies, located between Pallars Jussà and La Noguera.
The mountains and precipices are two of the characteristics of the Serra del Montsec. Some of these walls are over 500 m long, making it a very attractive destination for climbers everywhere
